• Payment information: handled by the payment provider, so we receive confirmation of the amount charged but not your full card number.
• Browsing data: pages viewed, products searched for, and referring source, collected to improve the store.
• Communications: the messages you send us and any replies, kept so we have a record of what was agreed.

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty purposes, and then for the period required by law. Marketing records are kept until you unsubscribe. Support correspondence is kept for a reasonable period so we can refer back to previous conversations.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, payments are handled by established payment providers rather than stored on our systems, and access to customer data is limited to people who need it to do their job. No system is perfect, but we review our practices regularly.

08Children

Our store is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

09Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy as the store or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be announced on the store or by email if you have an order in progress.
