01About These Terms

These terms apply to your use of this store and to any order you place with College Fan Hub. By browsing the store or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

02Products And Availability

We sell fan-made college sports apparel and related merchandise. Product images, descriptions, colors and pricing are provided for convenience and may occasionally differ slightly from the item you receive, particularly with dye lots and garment finishes. We may correct errors in pricing or description at any time, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items.

03Pricing And Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed through the payment methods offered at checkout. If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed. We reserve the right to correct a pricing error before dispatch, and will contact you for a refund of any difference.

04Orders And Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order before that, for example if an item is out of stock, if the price was listed incorrectly, or if we cannot ship to the destination given.

05Custom And Personalized Orders

Items customized with a name, number or other personal detail are produced specifically for your order. Because they are not made from stock, they are not eligible for return or exchange except where the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly produced, in which case contact us within 7 business days of delivery. Please double-check spelling on custom items, as we cannot reproduce them free of charge.

06Shipping And Delivery

We ship to most destinations worldwide. Shipping is free on orders of $68 or more; other rates are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees. Risk of loss, customs delays and carrier performance sit outside our control, although we will always help you trace a parcel. Please note that import duties, taxes and customs handling fees are payable by the recipient and are not included in the order total.

07Returns And Refunds

In-stock items in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags attached, may be returned within 30 days of delivery, as described in our returns policy. Return postage is on us — we send a prepaid label for every return, including for items that arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, within the timelines set out in that policy.

08Intellectual Property

College Fan Hub is an independent store and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any university, conference, athletic department or the players shown on this site. Team names, logos, and related marks belong to their respective owners, and are used here to identify the products we sell. The store design, copy, photography and original artwork on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

09Acceptable Use

• Do not use the store for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone’s rights.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system.
• Do not scrape, bulk-download or harvest content from the store for commercial reuse.
• Do not submit reviews, content or information that is unlawful, misleading or infringing.

10Limitation Of Liability

The store and its content are provided as they are. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the store, and our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot lawfully be limited.

11Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer provisions of your country of residence.

12Changes And Contact
